I have a giant breed and I am not sure if they will fit through your dog door. Are you still able to board my dog?

Absolutely! We love having the giant breeds stay with us.

You are closed all major holidays, does this mean you don’t board dogs during those times?

Our kennel office is closed during major holidays, there are no pick up or drop off times on those days.

My dog is on a special diet. Can I bring in my own food?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your pet’s food as that is what they are used to. We have freezers and refrigerators available to keep your pet’s food fresh.

My dog is very dog aggressive, will he have access to other dogs?

Each pet has individual pet runs. They will not have access to any other pet.

Do our dogs get outside time?

All of our kennels are indoor with a doggy door that leads into your dog’s personal covered outdoor area. In addition to having access to their outdoor run, every dog has playtime in our fenced area. We do not allow boarding dogs to play with any dog other than pets from the same household.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, we highly recommend reservations. We book up months in advance of most major holidays and during the summer months. It is recommended that you make your reservation as early as possible.

Do you accept aggressive dogs?

Yes, we welcome all dogs. With our indoor/outdoor runs, we are able to manage the most aggressive dogs.
